Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by Telos Studios LLC ("Telos Studios," "we," "our," or "us"). It is provided to comply with the requirements of the Apple App Store and to inform users about how their information is handled.
Information Collection & Use
Unless otherwise specified within an individual application:
- Our apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
- We do not require user accounts, sign-ins, or personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
- All user input and data are written exclusively to local disk storage on the user's device using Apple's native frameworks, and are never transmitted to, shared with, or accessible by Telos Studios or any third party.
Milo — App Specific Data Practices
Milo offers optional account creation to enable workout data sync across devices. If you choose to create an account, the following data is collected and stored:
- Your email address, used solely for authentication purposes.
- A display name of your choosing.
- Your workout data, including circuits, splits, exercises, and logged progressions.
This data is stored securely on Firebase (Google LLC), our third-party infrastructure provider, and is used exclusively to provide sync functionality within the app. It is never sold, shared with any other third party, or used for advertising or analytics purposes. Passwords are stored in a secure irreversible hash form and never accessible by Telos Studios.
Users who choose to continue as a guest are not subject to any data collection — all data remains local to their device. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by navigating to the About page within the app.
Analytics & Tracking
Our applications do not use analytics frameworks, advertising networks, or tracking technologies unless explicitly stated within a given app's description or settings.
Security
Any data generated within our applications is stored locally on the user's device and benefits from the security features of the operating system.
Changes to This Policy
If Telos Studios introduces applications that collect or process data in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly, and the changes will be reflected both on this page and within the affected applications.
